Malltina Overview

At Malltina, we are redefining the online shopping experience. Our dedicated team is committed to bringing the best and most exciting products to our customers while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We are now looking for a passionate and motivated HR Intern to join our team and help us enhance our talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

- Support employee onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

- Help maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

- Conduct market research on HR trends and share insights with the team.

Requirements

- High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

- Enrollment in or completion of a Human Resources or related course is a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.

- Familiarity with HR tools, platforms, and processes is a bonus.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for working in a collaborative environment.

Internship Details

- Duration: The internship will last for a period of 3 months, providing you with hands-on experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

- Compensation: Interns will receive transportation coverage, lunch, and snacks during the internship period.

- Employment Opportunity: Successful interns may be offered a full-time role upon completion of the internship, based on performance and mutual agreement.
