UI/UX & Product Designer
Full-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours 

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our digital products, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, intuitive, and beautifully crafted. You will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from early concepts to final implementation, and collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams. 

This position also includes handling broader design and graphic-related needs across the business, including marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand visuals—making it ideal for a versatile designer who can handle both product and creative design work.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and own the full design lifecycle across products — from research and concept to final delivery. 
  • Design user interfaces that are clean, modern, and aligned with our UX requirements and brand identity. 
  • Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. 
  • Ensure designs are intuitive, user-centered, and optimized for both web and mobile platforms. 
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and seamless user experiences. 
  • Handle all visual and graphic design needs across the business, including website visuals, social media creatives, marketing assets, and promotional materials. 
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design. 
  • Take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.  
Requirements: 

  • Proven experience designing digital products, especially complex enterprise-level platforms. 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product UI/UX work for web and mobile apps. 
  • Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma. 
  • Familiarity with Webflow is a strong plus. 
  • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design for multiple platforms. 
  • Excellent grasp of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design. 
  • Able to simplify complex flows and turn them into elegant user experiences. 
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable communicating ideas clearly with cross-functional teams (developers, product, marketing). 
  • Experience with brand design, marketing materials, and other graphic design needs is a big plus. 
  • Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints and business goals.
