The main part of the commercial expert's role is foreign purchasing & placing very detailed orders with suppliers & closely monitoring the progress of these orders.
Main Duties:
Perform commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering affairs, and making shipping arrangements and additional tracking when required promptly until the goods are released, getting feedback as well as upstream reports, etc.
Preparing, handling, and archiving all necessary documentation from proforma Invoices to shipping documents
Prepare and submit weekly reports relevant to responsibility
Follow up with prospects through e-mails, phone, etc.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in the English language, both speaking and writing
Minimum of one year of Job experience
Having Bachelor’s degree
Familiar with commercial and international business terms, contracts, and regulations
Additional Requirements:
Well-organized with the ability to manage priorities
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
