شرح موقعیت شغلی

Tasu is a venture studio that creates new opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship in Iran’s startup ecosystem. We utilize our talented team to launch numbers of technology-enabled ventures in the specialized verticals.

Tasu ventures is hiring a position in the capacity of Home Design & Upgrading Team Lead.

Job Description

· Create a design plan for each property;

· Provide selection for accessories, art, rug, and fixture replacement;

· Aid in identifying local sources for furniture;

· Identify any design gaps or oversights during installation that need to be promptly addressed and order the corresponding pieces;

· Assist in the selection of renovation and construction sub-contractors;

· Oversee the entire construction works to upgrade each property to meet our company’s standards;

· Oversee physical onboarding process of new homes and ensure all onboarded properties are Owner-ready;

· Meet with vendors and contractors and all parties involved to ensure seamless completion of projects and timely execution of designs;

· Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage effectively and efficiently;

· Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan while utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the onboarding process;

· Manage special onboarding and operations projects as necessary, maintaining the ability to make site visits and travel as needed.


Qualification

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields;

· 7 years experience;

· Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred;

· A proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and workflows, and meet deadlines;

· Interest in interior design and a good eye;

· Demonstrable experience in all phases of project workflows from preliminary design through installation;

· Knowledge of building materials, finishes, furniture installation, and construction methods as they relate to the interior design discipline is a plus;

· Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
