شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

Actively participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions to nurture new ideas and have a critical thinking and design thinking approach.
Ability to identify & validate the real pain points and problems
Ability to assess & validate candidate solutions in terms of customer value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
Deep understanding of FinTech concepts, technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Ability to define the product vision and strategy
Ability to conduct product discovery activities along with product designers to define the right product.
Ability to prioritize the features, and manage backlogs and roadmaps to make sure the highest-value features get delivered first.
Familiar with UI/UX design and defining the customer journey throughout the service
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with stakeholders, management, and team members.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the AI industry and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Having a background in programming and computer science is a big plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the FinTech or AI industry.
Prior experience in an AI or machine learning-focused company.
Having proper knowledge about FinTech and the financial industry and their related products and services.
Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Solid technical understanding to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
