About the role

We're building the financial infrastructure of tomorrow, and we need someone who can make sure the world finds us.

As our Senior SEO Specialist, you'll own organic search end-to-end: from technical audits and content strategy to international growth. You'll work directly with product, engineering, and content teams to drive compounding growth in a space where trust and discoverability go hand in hand.

What you'll do

Own the global SEO roadmap, aligning organic goals with company-wide growth targets

Lead technical SEO initiatives: crawl audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, and hreflang implementation

Develop and execute content strategies targeting high-intent, bottom-of-funnel fintech keywords

Collaborate with engineering on indexation, rendering (SSR/SSG), and large-scale SEO automation

Automate routine SEO tasks using AI tools to improve efficiency and scale output

Drive international SEO expansion, localisation, market research, and multilingual content ops

Produce data-driven reports using GA4, GSC, and Looker; present findings to senior leadership

Monitor algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies to protect and grow organic traffic.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

5+ years of in-house or agency SEO experience

Proven track record of growing organic traffic in competitive, regulated industries

Deep technical SEO knowledge (crawling, rendering, Core Web Vitals, log file analysis)

Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4

Analytical mindset; comfortable working with large data sets

Fluent written and spoken English

Nice-to-haves:

Background in fintech, payments, or regulated finance

Experience with international/multilingual SEO at scale

Experience with programmatic SEO and templated content at scale

Familiarity with Python or JS for SEO automation scripts

Knowledge of E-E-A-T and YMYL content best practices

Second European language
