شرح موقعیت شغلی

Supervise the company’s position and image in the marketplace.  Responsible for marketing and communications, supporting the CEO for the development of the marketing strategy and will have overall accountability for its implementation working with the CEO and other departments as appropriate.

The key elements of the role are as follows

  • Support the CEO and partners with the development of the Marketing Strategy and manage the implementation of the strategy
  • Increase awareness of the Tarafdari brand and open as many opportunities as possible through social media communications and other communication channels, using the optimum method to reach audiences and drive engagement
  • Ensure Tarafdari’s brand is reflected across marketing and communication activities
  • Manage the content of Tarafdari’s website and app
  • Working with the CEO, embed analytics and reporting on key areas such as trends and audience segmentation
RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy

  • Working with the CEO and colleagues to develop a marketing strategy
  • Manage the implementation of the marketing strategy
  • Keep all stakeholders, primarily the CEO informed about the status of marketing activities
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and drive effective coordination with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Create content strategies based on the business objectives and major sporting events through all channels (online/offline/social)
 

Supporting Revenue Streams

  • Provide support and framework to develop new, and expand existing, revenue streams for Tarafdari
  • Support the management of specific events as agreed with the CEO
  • Assist with researching and approaching corporate entities for sponsorships and partnerships 
  • Support revenue utilising a hybrid approach of traditional and digital marketing and communication channels
Increasing Brand Awareness through Social Media

  • Manage all social media platforms on a daily basis, producing engaging and relevant content and engaging and responding to comments on social media
  • Produce press releases, blogs etc to increase awareness and to support Tarafdari events and news
  • Provide the CEO with a monthly report on analytics to include social media engagement, followers and newsletter open rate and the usage of all other marketing channels
  • Manage the content calendar for a sports event oriented organisation and ensure implementation
User Generated Content

  • Develop, manage and maintain Tarafdari’s UGC platforms and ensure all platforms are benefitting from high engagement rates.
  • Create and update new ways of increasing UGC and engagement
  • Monitor and report on the success of UGC platforms
Video and Livestream Content Management

  • Develop and implement Video content program and oversee production at highest quality
  • Recruit and develop dedicated talent for announcing and hosting matches and shows.
  • Ensure that all content is in-line with Tarafdari’s strategic goals and brand image.
  • Ensure the highest quality customer experience.
  • Drive video content revenue via platforms such as YouTube
  • Provide weekly reports of Video content production, revenue and engagement.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Weekly Meetings with the CEO
  • Work closely with the CPO and Chief Editor
  • Managing a group of Marketing & Communication supervisors
  • Work with Chief Editor to coordinate specific support for news cycle.
  • Work alongside Corporate Partners who may support events, fundraising activities and marketing initiatives
IDEAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience in a similar website role is essential
  • Exceptional web analytics and data knowledge, with the ability to use data to derive insight
  • Strong Google Analytics experience
  • UX and UI design experience would be beneficial
  • Experience of CMS 
  • Experience in content management and SEO
  • Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within cross-functional teams (Agile environment is desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization
  • Strong level of commercial acumen to ensure understanding of business value
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
