Are you a dynamic and visionary technology leader with a passion for product management and innovation? As a rapidly expanding startup in the Blockchain sector, we need a proactive and versatile CTO to spearhead our technology strategy and product development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our technology plans that align with the company's main goals.
  • Lead the way in innovation by exploring and utilizing new technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and support a skilled team of engineers to ensure they produce high-quality software.
  • Work closely with teams across the company to make sure everyone is moving together efficiently.
  • Stay updated on technology trends to keep improving our products.
  • Plan and manage product development from the initial idea to the final launch, making sure projects finish on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain a team-focused and innovative work culture in the tech department.

Requirements:

  • More than 4 years experience as a CTO, or equivalent senior leadership role, in a tech-centric organization.
  • Exceptional command of English, with stellar written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A strong technical foundation in software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
  • Proven success in product development, including product strategy formulation and execution.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects effectively, on time, and within budget constraints.
  • Advanced skills in JavaScript, including experience with libraries like React.js, and frameworks such as Next.js, Express.js, and NestJS.
  • Proficiency in database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software engineering best practices, including but not limited to version control, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with blockchain development tools and platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, and others.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks that are commonly used in blockchain development.
  • Knowledge of financial and security protocols as they pertain to blockchain and digital transactions.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment, especially within the tech or fintech sectors.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a rapidly changing environment.
