Tara Software Group, an innovative leader in the Blockchain industry, is on the cutting edge of technology. We're expanding our dynamic team and looking for an accomplished Senior Node.js Developer. If you're driven by challenges, passionate about technology, and skilled in Node.js, join us in shaping the future of blockchain applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable backend systems using Node.js.
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code while conducting rigorous testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and professional growth.
Make key architectural and technical decisions, review current applications, and participate in the code review process.
Engage in deployment activities and help identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
Use Agile methodology effectively in planning sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Node.js backend developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Nest.js and Express.js.
Familiarity with ORM (TypeORM or Sequelize) and ODM (Mongoose).
Competence in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of REST API development and Web Sockets.
Experience with microservice architecture and caching systems like Redis.
Proficiency in version control tools like Git, and familiar with CI/CD practices.
Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies.
Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with blockchain technologies and Web3.
Experience with additional backend frameworks and technologies.
Proven problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
