شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a data-driven financial technology company at the forefront of digital wallets and credit facilities, including Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions. As we continuously strive for growth and innovation, we seek a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in developing and implementing robust scoring models that underpin critical financial decisions. You will leverage your extensive economics, statistics, and machine learning expertise to extract valuable insights from vast datasets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing and maintaining existing scoring models to maximize accuracy and effectiveness
  • Designing and building high-performance scoring models for creditworthiness assessment, risk evaluation, and business variable prediction.
  • Applying your in-depth knowledge of machine learning and statistics to identify patterns and trends within intricate datasets.
  • Collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate scoring models into production environments.
  • Presenting and reporting on the development and analysis of models for stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Staying updated on the latest advancements in data science, particularly those relevant to credit scoring models and the evolving BNPL landscape.
 Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in developing and deploying financial models within a financial or data-intensive environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of leading machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Proven track record of building and implementing risk models for financial applications.
  • Solid foundation in statistical methods, probability distributions, and sampling techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment while demonstrating independent initiative.
