شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong problem-solving mindset to join our technical team at Takhfifan.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for the BNPL platform.
Build and enhance microservices and APIs for loan origination, credit decisioning, repayments, settlements, and customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Data, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver reliable technical solutions.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and implementation of distributed/event-driven systems.
Ensure code quality, security, performance, and reliability through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues, support incident resolution, and implement long-term improvements.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and team standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional backend development experience, preferably with PHP or Java.
Experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, Lending, or BNPL platforms is highly preferred.
Experience with modern backend frameworks in PHP or Java (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, Spring Boot).
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
