The Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to ensure our services are resilient, observable, and production-ready from day one.
You’ll automate wherever possible, advocate for best practices, and make performance, reliability, and

What You’ll Do
- Design, manage, and scale robust infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid and safe deployments.
- Ensure high availability and resilience of services through effective monitoring and alerting.
- Own container orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to track system health and performance.
- Configure and tune load balancers (HAProxy, NGINX), API gateways (Kong), and web servers (NGINX).
- Work with message brokers like RabbitMQ and search infrastructure like Elasticsearch.
- Champion DevOps and SRE best practices across the engineering organization.
What You Bring
- Solid experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm in production environments.
- Strong understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
- Practical experience with web servers (NGINX), load balancers (HAProxy), and API gateways (Kong).
- Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queues.
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch for search and analytics use cases.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and shell scripting skills.
- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
Nice to Have
- Scripting/programming in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience with GitOps practices and tools.
- Background in security and compliance within DevOps environments.
