شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a creative and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Takhfifan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to achieve the best possible performance and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other ad networks.
Monitor advertising budgets and optimize costs to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
Design and execute A/B tests to increase conversion rates and improve ad performance.
Use Google Analytics, Metabase, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio to monitor campaign performance and analyze data.
Analyze campaign performance and offer recommendations for improvement.
Use Google Tag Manager to set up and manage various tags and events.
Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure the production and display of effective advertising content.
Provide weekly and monthly reports based on different business lines of Takhfifan.

Requirements:

+ 2 years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Metabase, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
Experience in executing A/B tests and optimizing conversion rates.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English for reading and utilizing specialized resources.
