شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a passionate Product Team Lead to join our team. As a Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our product management function.

Creating a product strategy based on market and competitor analysis through testing various products.
Managing the development process by making sure the development team understands the feature, its details, and how it helps the end-user.
creating a list of features that the team will follow to optimize the use of resources and keep a steady stream of features without long breaks.
Reviewing product accessibility to a broad market segment.
Develop a comprehensive and ambitious product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term goals of the company.
Identify and develop talent, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to achieve objectives.
Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive advantage.
Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing strategic product insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Product Management or a similar senior leadership role in a tech scale-up environment.
Extensive experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Experience in people management across teams and departments.
A fundamental understanding of the Agile methodology.
