شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Takhfifan Product team is looking for a  Senior Product Designer who can help us with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  •  Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand areas of improvement in the user journey.
  •  Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives 
  •   Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively 
  •  Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user-centered design principles 
  • Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs 
  • Facilitate work sessions to understand problems, conduct research, and support solution ideation 
  •   Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design specifications and provide support during the development process 
  •   Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX/UI design technologies 
  •   Collaborate in building and maintaining design system and guidelines.
Requirements:

  •   Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI or product designer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise, including user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  •   Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  •  Experience with using Google Analytics and Clarity to inform design decisions.
  •   Experience with prototyping.
  •   Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  •  Familiarity with scrum and agile environment. 
  •   Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
  •   Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
