We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our growth team and take ownership of organic search strategy across our cryptocurrency exchange platform. This role goes beyond traditional content SEO and requires deep understanding of technical SEO, search intent, data analysis, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling SEO strategies that directly impact user acquisition, revenue, and long-term organic growth in a highly competitive and regulated crypto market.

This is a hands-on senior role with strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth

Own and evolve the end-to-end SEO strategy for the exchange (technical, content, product-led, and off-page SEO).
Identify high-impact opportunities across transactional, informational, and navigational queries.
Translate SEO insights into clear, prioritized roadmaps with measurable outcomes (traffic, CTR, conversions, revenue).

Technical SEO

Work closely with frontend and backend engineers to:
- Improve crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and internal linking.
- Optimize performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, page speed).
- Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org) for crypto-related entities.
Lead SEO requirements during new feature launches and page templates.

Data & Analytics

Analyze data from Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and other tools to uncover issues and opportunities.
Build and maintain SEO dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) for monitoring performance and decision-making.
Run SEO experiments (A/B testing, CTR modeling, content tests) and clearly communicate insights.

Content & Search Intent

Guide content strategy based on search intent, user personas, and funnel stage.
Collaborate with content leads and editors to ensure:
- High-quality, accurate, and compliant crypto content.
- Scalable content frameworks for blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
Optimize existing content and lead content refresh initiatives.

Collaboration & Leadership

Act as the SEO authority within cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing).

Provide clear SEO requirements, documentation, and feedback to developers.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in fintech or large-scale websites.
Strong expertise in technical SEO (indexation, crawling, JavaScript SEO, site architecture).
Proven experience with data-driven SEO decision-making.
Deep understanding of search intent and user behavior.
Solid understanding of off-page SEO principles and Google algorithms related to authority and links.
Ability to understand technical documentation, search engine guidelines, SEO tools, and industry-related content in English
Ability to communicate SEO concepts clearly to non-SEO stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with Python or automation for SEO analysis.
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale page generation.

Experience aligning SEO with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
