شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview


We are seeking a skilled Network & Infrastructure Engineer who has a deep understanding of network logic, WAN topology, routing behavior, and multi-site connectivity.
The candidate will work across Cisco, FortiGate, Firepower, MikroTik, and pfSense environments and should be able to design and troubleshoot tunnels, routing topologies, firewall policies, and link redundancy.
This role requires hands-on experience with multi-vendor networks, system integration, network monitoring, and virtualized environments.

Core Requirements


  • Strong understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, routing, switching, and network topology
  • Hands-on experience with routing & tunneling (BGP, OSPF, IPsec, GRE, WireGuard)
  • Ability to design and manage WAN links, multi-ISP failover, and load balancing
  • Experience working with Cisco, FortiGate, Firepower, MikroTik, or pfSense
  • Good understanding of firewall logic, NAT, segmentation, access control
  • Familiarity with Linux networking (iptables/nftables, routing tables, tcpdump)
  • Experience with virtualization networking (VMware/Proxmox – vSwitch/dvSwitch)
  • Ability to troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and routing loops
  • Good documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of network stability
Preferred (but not required)
Certifications such as: 

  • CCNA/CCNP, MikroTik MTCNA/MTCRE, Fortinet NSE4+, LPIC/RHCSA, VCP 
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, FortiAnalyzer, NetFlow, SNMP) 

Key Responsibilities


  • Design and maintain stable LAN/WAN environments
  • Implement and support BGP, OSPF, static routing, PBR, and failover design
  • Build and troubleshoot IPsec/GRE tunnels, site-to-site VPN and multi-ISP resiliency
  • Configure and optimize firewall security (FortiGate, Firepower, pfSense)
  • Deploy and maintain VLAN segmentation, inter-VLAN routing, DMZ, and L2/L3 switching
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting: latency, jitter, packet loss, routing loops
  • Support and maintain virtualization network (VMware/Proxmox vSwitch/dvSwitch)
  • Implement monitoring using SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, Zabbix, PRTG
  • Ensure proper network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration baselines
  • Collaborate with Linux and system teams on routing, DNS, VPN, and service integrations

Required Skills


  • Deep understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, route summarization, and network design
  • Familiarity with hierarchical network models (core/distribution/access)
  • Strong routing knowledge (BGP/OSPF) including filtering, attributes, path control
  • Hands-on knowledge of tunneling technologies: IPsec, GRE, WireGuard, SD-WAN
  • Strong firewall skills: NAT, ACLs, segmentation, IPS/IDS
  • MikroTik (routing, mangle, PBR, firewall), Cisco IOS/XE, FortiOS, pfSense
  • Linux networking: routing tables, iptables/nftables, tcpdump
  • VMware networking: VLAN tagging, port groups, NIC teaming, dvSwitch
  • Network monitoring and performance analysis skills
  • Ability to read and produce professional documentation and diagrams

Preferred Certifications


  • Networking: CCNA / CCNP / JNCIA / MTCNA / MTCRE / MTCINE
  • Security: Fortinet NSE4+, PCNSE
  • Linux: LPIC-1/2, RHCSA
  • Virtualization: VCP-DCV / VCP-NV
  • Vendor-neutral: Network+, Security+
