We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations (PR) Specialist to join our marketing team. As a PR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's reputation and promoting a positive brand image through effective communication and strategic public relations initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing PR campaigns and managing media relations.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns aligning with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to communicate key company messages, news, and initiatives to the media.
Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, industry influencers, and other media professionals to achieve positive media coverage.
Set and implement community and communication campaigns
Setting and implementing online events and offline events
Provide engaging text, image, and video content for community channels
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Working effectively with Development and LiveOps departments to stay updated on new products and features
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
Stay up to date with digital technology trends

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience +3 years as a community manager
- Familiarity with digital PR tactics, including social media, online reputation management, and influencer outreach.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with community management for brands
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in monitoring and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of PR efforts.
