شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies, driving organic growth, and optimizing website content.

This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques. The SEO Manager will also collaborate closely
with other teams, such as content creators and web developers, to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization to improve website structure, page layout, meta tags, URLs, and other elements affecting search visibility.
- Manage and optimize off-page SEO activities including link building, social bookmarking, and influencer outreach.
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools, track keyword rankings, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and
create new SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented and website performance is optimized.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
- Manage SEO budgets, track expenses, and provide recommendations for resource allocation.
- Stay informed about competitors' SEO activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Keep abreast of industry changes and provide ongoing training and guidance to the digital marketing team.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and webmaster tools.
- Strong understanding of keyword research principles and best practices.
- Experience with on-page and off-page SEO optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with technical SEO elements and Javascript-based website optimization.
- Familiarity with CWV optimization and related tools like PSI, Gt-metrix, …
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and web development teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and industry changes.
