شرح موقعیت شغلی

We need a person who is interested in working with us in a job position.


Responsibilities:


  •  Design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
  •  Translate ambiguous business problems into tangible requirements, and success metrics. 
  •  Enable actionable insights by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources.
  •  Providing and controlling analysis, logic, and processes to create dashboards.
  •  Ability to do Market research and find new opportunities and estimate their impact on the product and business.
  •  Ability to Collect and analyze user data to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points. 
  •  Passionate about data and discovering different aspects of product usage.
  •  Monitor and report on the performance of the product, using key metrics to assess its success and identify   areas for optimization. 
  •  Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders across the organization, including product managers, developers, marketing, and UI/UX designers.

Requirements:


  •  A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  •  Prior experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field. Experience in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry is highly beneficial.  
  •  Knowledgeable about databases and software architecture. 
  •  Skills in Power BI, Excel and SQL Server and Python or R is a must.
  •  Self-Motivated, fast learner, and result-oriented with problem-solving capability and ability to communicate with   multiple squads.
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment typical of the cryptocurrency market.

working days and hours are Saturday to Wednesday and Thursday every other week.
