Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Tehran, Molla Sadra St.

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Culture Champion: Foster an empowering environment where employees feel valued and supported.

• Support HR Initiatives: Implement HR initiatives that align with business goals to enhance overall employee experience and engagement.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process and ensure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for new hires.

• HR Policy : Assist in the creation and implementation of policies that support a thriving workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR roles, with strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor law.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to HR challenges.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priority.
