Required Qualifications:

Know basic design rules
Familiar with Gestalt rules
Proficient in Adobe After Effects
Proficient in Adobe Tools | Photoshop - Illustrator - Premiere
Having knowledge of composition and layout
Knowing about photography
Being creative
