HomeXa is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative who’s ready to take on challenges, connect with realtors, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. As part of our growing Global team of 10, you’ll play a key role in expanding HomeXa’s footprint across the GTA real estate market.

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation: Make a minimum of 40 calls per day, connecting with realtors and brokerages to introduce them to HomeXa and its powerful automation tools.
Sales Strategy: Work closely with our leadership team to refine talk tracks, improve conversion tactics, and consistently achieve your target of 3 booked demos per week.
Follow-Up Mastery: Manage your CRM diligently — no lead left behind. Every conversation is a potential partnership.
Team Collaboration: Share insights, contribute to improving sales scripts, and help shape our sales culture as we continue to scale.
What You Bring
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people.
Outstanding communication skills in English (both written and verbal), and the ability to build trust quickly.
A results-driven mindset with proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Confidence in working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where every call counts.
Previous experience in B2B SaaS or real estate tech sales is an asset, but not mandatory — we value talent, attitude, and persistence.

Working Hours
25 to 40 hours per week — Monday to Friday, from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Hours may vary) (30 minutes break).
