Job Title: .NET Developer / .NET Software Engineer
We are currently seeking motivated and high-potential professionals for .NET Development roles. While technical expertise is important, we are also looking for individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, advanced English communication skills, professional presence, and the ability to work effectively in international environments.

Experience Requirement

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in .NET Development, Software Engineering, Backend Development, Full-Stack Development, or related roles.

Required .NET Development Skills

Strong C# and .NET development skills
Experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API development
Experience building scalable and maintainable applications
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Understanding of software architecture and application design
Version control using Git
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Experience with application testing and troubleshooting
Documentation of software solutions and technical processes

Preferred Technical Qualifications

Experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+
Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with Azure cloud services
Experience working with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Blazor
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working with international teams
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience in large-scale or production-level applications
Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Relevant Microsoft, Azure, .NET, or Cloud certifications (a plus, not mandatory)
