Here at Squad we’re looking for a passionate, creative WordPress Developer to join our marketing team and contribute to the making of content we publish.
As a WordPress Developer at our company, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.
We are expecting you to have the necessary understanding of latest industry trends and content management systems.

Duties and responsibilities

Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

Qualifications and requirements

Familiar with implementing and installing plug-ins, themes and templates on WordPress
Acquainted with Elementor editor and the ability to implement ordered sheets
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including CSS, HTML and UI/UX concepts
Ability to work with SEO and WordPress SEO extensions
Knowledge of how to optimize and enhance performance of internal pages
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop
Responsible, organized, available and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable and passionate to work in a startup company
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
