We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our software development initiatives, focusing on both frontend and backend systems, with an emphasis on microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in software engineering, and a proven track record in leading and mentoring diverse development teams. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Oversight and Code Reviews: Ensure codebase quality and functionality through thorough reviews and improvements.
System Design and Architecture: Architect new systems from the ground up, focusing on scalable and efficient solutions.
Project and Time Management: Manage project timelines and resource allocation to guarantee timely delivery of software products.
Development Leadership: Lead the development of complex backend systems and front-end interfaces.
Team Guidance and Mentorship: Provide leadership and career development opportunities to team members, promoting a productive environment.
Hands-On Coding: Actively write code for both backend and frontend systems, ensuring high standards and best practices are met.

Required Skills and Experience:
Backend Development Expertise: Minimum of 4 years of experience with PHP, with additional backend technologies being highly advantageous.
Front-End Development: Strong skills in building responsive and dynamic interfaces using React.
Software Architecture: Extensive experience in systems design, especially involving multiple microservices.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
Professional Attributes: Strong MVP and start-up mentality, outstanding problem-solving skills, and a resilient can-do attitude.
Mobile Development: Proficiency in Flutter is a plus.
Production and Delivery: Experience in software shipping and managing high-stress situations is a plus.
