JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with developing applications using ReactJS

RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing new user-facing features using React.js
Building reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Work with the product team and product designers
Document and refactor our frontend codebase

SKILLS

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
Experience with TypeScript (You can also learn it with us!)
Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing
Experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha) is a big plus
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools
Experience with common frontend development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Familiarity with Git as a code versioning tool
(Optional) We would love you even more if you have sufficient expertise in ASP.NET Core and you are a full-stack developer

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to handle deadlines with agility and results-driven approach
Fluent in English
A social person who enjoys team collaboration (we have a friendly team, and we like to enjoy our work)
A self-learner person who also enjoys sharing his/her knowledge to the whole team
A good understanding of working in Agile teams and knowing the ups and downs of Scrum (Sprints, boards, tasks, etc.)
