Are you an ambitious Graphic Designer looking to join a progressive, fast-paced agency with excellent benefits and a clear career progression? If so, then we have the next stage of your developmental journey. Spiky is a collaborative Marketing Agency based in the United Kingdom and founded by an Iranian entrepreneur.

We’re on the hunt for a talented designer who’s ready to level up and join our team. Working closely with the company director, you will be afforded the freedom and scope to utilise your creative skills to produce stunning visual work for both our stellar portfolio of clients and our internal agency brand. We are very much looking for someone to stand on their own feet but who will value input and guidance from their peers.

Each day at Spiky will bring new and unique challenges. Therefore, this varied role is suited to an individual who loves all aspects of design, can balance working across multiple projects at any time, and revels in working on creative projects from concept to completion.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to work remotely for us in a part time/full time basis
You will work for our company from Iran and we will be in touch through Skype, Zoom, etc.

Managing creative projects, ensuring brand standards & guidelines are met.
Generating fresh concepts and providing recommendations on how best to approach design projects.
Creative website design and landing pages in line with UI/UX best practises.
Designing for projects including print and digital advertising/marketing campaigns, email banners, infographics, social media posts, collateral and POS. Experience in video (GIFs, short video content and motion graphics) would be very desirable but not essential.
Brand building and development; you will help to conceptualise new brands and evolve our existing ones. This will include creating brand guidelines, new brand assets such as logos, choosing font pairings and developing colour palettes.
Lead the way for design standards; implement new ideas, bring specialist skills and develop the quality of all creative output.

Part-time of Full-time.
Payment calculated in GBP (UK Pound Sterling) and paid in either Rial or Pound (up to you to decide)
Part time (20/week): about £150 per month (currently equalling 50-60m IRR) or Full time (35/week): about £270 per month (90-100m IRR).
Payment can be in GBP or equivalent free market IRR
