شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Expert to join our team at Sotoon. As our Legal Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of our operations, including contract drafting, litigation support, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments and providing expert legal advice.

 

Responsibilities:


Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on the legal aspects of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in English and Persian to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
Overseeing the preparation, drafting, and submitting of declarations, defense documents, lawsuits, and complaints related to legal cases in the business in all stages of litigation.
Providing legal advice and working collaboratively with other team members from other departments.
Ability to interact and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Systems and process orientation with strong analytical skills.
 Keeping up with current changes in all relevant areas of laws and ensuring compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities.


Requirements:


  • Master's degree in law. A master's degree in private law or international trade law is a plus.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English in both general and legal contexts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and  G-Tools.
  • Familiarity with registration matters and Having an Attorney License is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while performing repetitive and routine tasks with high quality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to put in the extra hours when required.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail are must-have characteristics for this role.
  • Self-reliant and competent in decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Pro-active, positive attitude and good learning ability.
  • Additional significant attributes include the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, uphold integrity, demonstrate precision, and promote a team-oriented mindset
