We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join Farabi’s Trade team and work on complex trading products. You’ll solve product problems, craft intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to create simple, scalable experiences.
You should have strong attention to detail, understand the balance between form and function, and be comfortable working with design systems, complex interactions, and end-to-end user flows.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end design process from ideation and discovery to post-launch, balancing customer needs and business goals.
● Simplify complex, data-heavy products while maintaining usability, clarity, and business value.
● Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate decisions and continuously improve product experiences.
● Present design decisions clearly and communicate the rationale, trade-offs, and user impact behind them.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product solutions and deliver high-quality experiences.
● Design within and contribute to scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent interaction patterns.
● Continuously improve the user experience through feedback, observation, experimentation, and iteration.
● Explore and use AI tools to improve research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
Job Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products.
● Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience working with scalable design systems.
● Strong component-first mindset and understanding of reusable components, variants, states, variables, and design tokens.
● Experience designing complex, data-heavy interfaces, enterprise products, or workflow-intensive platforms.
● Familiarity with analytics and behavioral tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, or similar platforms.
● Good understanding of technical constraints and component-based front-end development.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Interest in AI-powered product development and AI-assisted design workflows.
Nice to Have
● Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, banking, or other complex financial products.
● Experience designing dashboards, trading interfaces, or other data-intensive products.
● Familiarity with financial markets and trading concepts.
