As a Principal Product Manager / Group Product Manager at Soshyant, you will have the opportunity to lead the product strategy and vision for our organization, working with a dynamic team of experts who are committed to driving innovation and transforming the financial industry.


Job Description:

  •  Conducting product-related research and constantly monitoring competitors and industry benchmarks.
  •  Improving product-related methodologies and implementing best practices, and enhancing the workflow process.
  •  Taking ownership of conducting business tests to improve the product and business metrics.
  •  Regularly identifying and discovering new product needs.
  •  Promoting and reflecting lean and agile thinking in the organization.
  •  Obtaining Delivery and Discovery Ownership to carry out tasks in the direction of the roadmap.
  •  Monitoring the product roadmap, considering trade-offs, and increasing understanding and knowledge of the market and business.
  •  Defining success at the feature level.
  •  Proposing various methods to improve team performance.
  •  Protecting the product team's culture and mindset within the organization.
  •  Manage, mentor, and motivate other Product Managers in their scope in a way that encourages autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
  •  Lead and inspire team members to find resolutions for complex problems.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of product science and a product mindset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience in fintech is a plus.
  • Fintech experience is a plus.
