About :

We at Soshyant are striving to transform the Iranian financial market through the use of innovation and cutting-edge methodologies. To achieve this goal, we are looking for a business analyst to join several of our teams. Our expectation from the business analyst is to know the financial market and help product managers in the product discovery and development process so we can deliver high-quality products that meet the company's vision.

Responsibilities:

Act as a domain expert in the financial market, providing insights and expertise to the Product Manager
Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project scope, requirements, and timelines
Develop functional specifications, wireframes, and other documentation to ensure clear communication of project requirements
Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the project meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our trading access platform is industry-leading
Understand the legal limitations of the financial market and inform the team about the risks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry
Strong domain expertise in financial markets and trading
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
