شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our fintech company. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in validating, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our financial products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure data accuracy, identify patterns and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize our product strategies, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

  •  Validate and analyze large sets of data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  •  Develop and maintain data validation processes and tools to identify data anomalies, outliers, and errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and insights within the data to uncover opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate the impact of product changes and enhancements through A/B testing and other experiments.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in data-driven decision-making by providing insights on customer behavior, product performance, and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and data analysis techniques.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on product-related data analysis, within the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data, perform data cleaning, and ensure data quality.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
