Are you passionate about technology, eager to lead teams, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Java Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to guide your team toward excellence.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Java Technical Lead, you will:

Lead Development Efforts:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications using modern frameworks and architectures.
Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and clean-code principles.
Collaborate Cross-functionally:
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals.
Ensure the best possible performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.

Mentor and Guide:

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Review code, oversee technical decisions, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Advocate for Agile principles, foster collaboration, and actively contribute to the adoption of Agile methodologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:
Technical Expertise:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, including expertise in Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and design patterns.
Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, including Cassandra and Elasticsearch.
Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and Kafka for message streaming.
Experience designing and implementing solutions with CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of testing strategies and tools like JUnit.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and source control (e.g., Git).

Leadership Skills:

Proven experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing technical roadmaps.
Ability to manage resource planning, team performance, and conflict resolution.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Ability to think critically, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
