شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're seeking a talented BI Developer with a solid grasp of BI concepts, particularly within the brokerage sector, to join our team. In this role, you'll assist in crafting, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, reports, and dashboards to support critical decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and contribute to the development of insightful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop BI Solutions: Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and SSAS to meet business requirements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Utilize Python for writing ETL pipelines to create facts and BI marts.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in BI development, preferably in the financial services or brokerage industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SSAS.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
