Sonat is looking for a passionate Digital Marketer and Sales Specialist with fluent English.

All Farsi speakers are welcome to apply but your English should be fluent.

This is a remote job. You can work from anywhere.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
Work with clients to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
Conduct ongoing customer engagement meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded usage, provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality and communicate new product releases to our client base.
Being able to do sales pitch
Constructing email campaigns and nurturing sequences, including drip campaigns and automation, to move customers through the sales funnel and track the journey from lead to conversion.
Assist in the design and copywriting of email templates
Write high-engagement content
Create engaging marketing copies, blogs, newsletters, video scripts, and others
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop a variety of content marketing materials
Write clear, concise, grammatically correct content for web and social, including core messaging priorities, creative briefs, headlines, body copy, CTAs, landing pages, emails, etc.
Manage social campaign metrics, reporting, and performance insight tracking.
Good understanding of SEO concepts

KEY SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
Understand marketing strategies and have previously worked for a similar position.
Understand how to target our potential clients based on our company's product and beliefs
Expert knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and writing best practices (English language)
Strong self-learning capability for a new field
Ability to understand the audience and engage them
Strong desire for perfection and willingness to put persistent efforts
Self-motivated, ability to work autonomously
