Job Summary:
As a Junior NOC , you will be an integral part of our NOC team, which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the stability and performance of our network infrastructure. This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is looking to kickstart their career in the field of DevOps and network operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in network monitoring, incident response, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Monitoring: Monitor our network infrastructure using various tools and technologies, ensuring 24/7 uptime and performance.
Incident Response: Respond to network incidents, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Linux Administration: Perform basic Linux system administration tasks, including server health checks and maintaining server configurations.
DevOps Support: Work closely with our DevOps team to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, aiding in the automation of deployment pipelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and network configurations. Contribute to the development of documentation for standard operating procedures.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and software developers to ensure seamless operations.
Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the DevOps and network monitoring domains.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Networking).
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana and Zabbix .
A strong passion for DevOps and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including night shifts when necessary.
