شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, debug, and verify decision-making, planning, and vehicle motion control algorithms for structured/unstructured full-scenario automatic driving solutions.
Support mainline R&D and mass production projects, delivering decision, planning, and control algorithms to create products with the ultimate user experience.
Integrate developed ADAS algorithms into autonomous vehicle systems with different platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master's degree or above in computer science, automation, navigation, or a related field.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming, data structures, and algorithms or Proficiency in MATLAB, simulation, Simulink.
Familiarity with basic robot system software development tools (Linux, Git, ROS, CMake) and methods (OOP, unit testing, CI/CD).
Knowledge of at least one of the following fields is considered
necessary:
*Decision: Path planning algorithm, including A*, D*, Hybrid A*:.
* Probabilistic graphicalmodels, including Factor Graph, Bayesian Network, Gaussian Probability Model.
*Filtering algorithms,including LPF, KF, EKF, UFK, Particle filter or other algo.
State Machin design and development :
*Planning: Planning algorithm, including MPC, LQR, Quintic Polynomial, Lattice, Sliding Mode Control or other algo.
* Control: Control algorithm, including PID.
Vehicle Dynamic and
Chassis Control, Rigid body Mechanical Analysis.
* Familiarity with typical automatic driving functions, like ACC, AEB, LCC, TJA is a plus.
*Proficiency in Python, QT or other kinds of tools chain development is a
plus.

شرکت سافتور موشن در سپتامبر ۲۰۱۸ تاسیس شده است. دفتر مرکزی در سوژو (استان جیانگ‌سو چین) مستقر است و دفتاری در شانگهای، نینگبو نیز در حال فعالیت هستند. تیم بنیان‌گذار سافتور موشن از نیروهای شرکت‌های SenseTime و Huawei هستند.
تمرکز شرکت سافتور موشن بر توسعه راهکارهای مبتنی بر ADAS می‌باشد. این راهکارها از لایه طراحی سخت‌افزار، توسعه الگوریتم و پیاده‌سازی و اجرای نرم‌افزاری می‌باشد.
