Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via our social media channels.
Informing customers about our new features, products, and offers.
Identifying customer needs and assisting them to place orders.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Analyzing and reporting product issues.
Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance.
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Gathering customer feedback.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
Requirements:
Experience working with customer support.
Familiarity with social media.
Good communication skills.
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
