Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for our home appliances company. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential partners and customers. You will also be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and closing new business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads from a variety of sources, including online directories, trade shows, and industry events
Research and analyze potential partners and customers to determine their needs and interests.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers through networking, cold calling, and email outreach.
Prepare and present compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of our products and services.
Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and customers.
Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation, qualification rates, and conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships with potential partners and customers.
Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business.
Proficient in sales and CRM software.
Familiarity with the home appliances industry is a plus.
