Summary:
The Service Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our service offerings. This includes designing service plans, training service personnel, and managing customer service interactions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement service plans that meet the needs of our customers
Train service personnel to deliver high-quality service
Manage customer service interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
Track service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop strategies to improve customer retention
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field
5+ years of experience in service management
Strong understanding of customer service principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and implement effective service strategies
