Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2–5 years of professional DevOps experience to join our Infrastructure team.

You will help operate and improve the infrastructure behind applications and services, working closely with development and data teams to keep our platforms reliable, observable, secure, and easy to operate.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD, along with strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Kubernetes and OpenShift-based infrastructure in a cloud environment
Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized applications in production
Maintain monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar tools
Operate and troubleshoot PostgreSQL in collaboration with the Development team
Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, database, and application issues
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
Improve automation, reliability, and operational processes
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Required Experience & Skills

2–5 years of professional experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift, including deployments, services, configuration, and troubleshooting
Practical experience with GitLab CI/CD
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including administration, troubleshooting, and backup/restore concepts
Strong Linux system administration skills
Good understanding of Docker/OCI and containerization
Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki or similar

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and load balancing
Experience with cloud and virtualization environments
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
Familiarity with PostgreSQL HA, replication, connection pooling or monitoring
Exposure to distributed systems and high-availability environments
