شرح موقعیت شغلی


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support and manage a wide range of Human Resources activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, while also supporting payroll, administrative processes, employee experience, and day-to-day employee relations.

This role requires a people-oriented professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who is comfortable working across different HR areas and contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and support effective hiring decisions.
  • Handle and coordinate HR administrative processes and documentation.
  • Support payroll-related processes and ensure accurate and timely coordination of relevant information.
  • Contribute to employee experience initiatives and help create a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Support employees and managers in addressing workplace concerns and employee relations matters.
  • Assist in identifying, managing, and resolving workplace conflicts in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Support the implementation and execution of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is properly managed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a similar HR Generalist role.
  • Proven experience and familiarity with different stages of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Good understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, HR administration, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with employee experience concepts and a genuine interest in improving the employee journey.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A relevant educational background in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
