شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to sellers who have started the registration process but have not yet completed it.
Guide sellers through the registration process and answer any questions they may have.
Troubleshooting in the Registration Funnel
Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that sellers encounter during the registration process.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems to ensure sellers can complete their registration without issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve recurring issues in the registration funnel.
Follow up with sellers to ensure they understand the next steps after registration.
Encourage and motivate sellers to activate their accounts and start using the platform's features.
Track and report on seller activation rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collect feedback from sellers about their onboarding experience and provide suggestions for process improvements.
Assist in developing resources and materials to help sellers better understand and navigate the registration process.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in sales.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
Familiarity with online commerce platforms and vendor management processes is a plus.
Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
