Role Overview
Snapp Carfix is hiring an Associate Product Manager to support product discovery, delivery, and measurable product outcomes for end users. The APM will work with product managers, designers, engineers, operations, and data partners to understand user and business problems, translate them into clear requirements, coordinate execution, and measure outcomes. This role is suited to an early-career product professional who uses data, communicates clearly, and learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
• Support customer discovery, market research, and analysis of user feedback.
• Translate product problems into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with prioritization, roadmap planning, and definition of measurable success metrics.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, QA, operations, and data teams throughout delivery.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and recommend experiments or improvements.
• Document decisions, communicate progress and risks, and support launch readiness.

Requirements
• Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience in product, business analysis, technology, operations, or high-impact internships/projects.
• Basic understanding of product development, agile delivery, user research, and experimentation.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and product analytics; familiarity with SQL and BI tools is a plus.

Preferred Competencies
• Structured problem solving, analytical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Ownership, curiosity, learning agility, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Customer empathy, prioritization, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Familiarity with product metrics, experimentation, Jira or similar tools, and basic SQL.
