شرح موقعیت شغلی

We need a Product Designer for the customer team.

Job Description: 

  • Here at SnappShop, we are looking for a senior product designer with a holistic approach to the experience. 
  • We are building a world-class product then we need someone who knows trends of design very well, with good knowledge of Information design, interaction design, visual design, business, and design process to reach the mentioned positions. 
  • You will partner with engineering, product management, senior executives, and others throughout the organization to help make the greatest product ever. 
Responsibilities: 

  • Drive and lead design projects from start to finish; 
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and full visual designs 
  • Conduct and evaluate and validate quantitative and qualitative research 
  • Collaborate with product managers, Data Scientists, and software engineers on problem-solving and delivering solutions with well-formed documents and assets. 
  • Create prototypes to test and validate assumptions on user behavior 
  • Advocate the voice of the customer and be a bridge between the end-users and the product teams 
  • Work with front-end engineering to deliver your designs to users of high quality; 
  • Managing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines, and championing projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced environment 
  • To ensure we are speaking the same language as a Snapp service sure be align with the Snapp design system language 
Requirements 

  • Years of successful professional product design experience, preferably with rich experience in the e-commerce industry; 
  • Strong knowledge of best design processes, methodologies, and trends 
  • Strong UX focus and understanding of human-centered design. 
  • Produce pixel-perfect production assets and design specifications and work with engineers to implement design solutions. 
  • Familiar with using and creating design systems; 
  • Able to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios; 
  • Visual design skills: (Typography, color, illustration, icon design) 
  • Proficient with design tools (Figma, XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 
  • Understand technical requirements and implications in their design decisions 
  • Be familiar with Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban 
  • Must have a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills as a product designer 
  • Ability to work well on an egoless, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team in a dynamic and agile environment; 
  • Fluent in English
