What is your role in our team?

As a Project Coordinator, the most interesting part of your job is to solve problems. Let’s assume you are walking in the office to grab a cup of tea and all of a sudden you hear about two specialists talking about the pressure they are going through because of the mass amount of manual jobs. And that my friend, is where you come in. You may help them solve their problem by initiating the issue with the Tech team to automate their current flow. Let’s assume that the CTO validates your concern and has some ideas about automating the current manual process. After the kick-off meeting you had with the CTO, you’ll have to write the MOM of the meeting and after that, you will prepare a project scope to define what is deliverable and what are the DOR & the DOD. You are in the middle of writing the above materials when the manager of those specialists comes to you and asks about the deadlines. That’s where you must prepare a Gantt chart to track the project. After all, when everything is done, you are the one who solved an issue just by walking in the office.

Your Daily Routine:

Preparing project status reports and project documentation
Scheduling meeting/meeting minutes
Preparing/updating/maintaining project reporting documentation
Leading small projects/initiatives
Consulting with technical experts to set up project schedules
Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
Identifying critical paths and facilitating meetings to resolve scheduled conflicts
Schedule and facilitate project planning meetings
Leverage schedule compression techniques to meet aggressive deadlines
Liaise and distribute project information with all levels of the project team and external parties
Assist with project intake and gathering required documentation

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Being a data-driven geek
Familiarity with excel and other Office Software
Fluency in the English language
Familiar with the Agile Methodology
Problem Solving
+1 year of relevant experience
