شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our product manager is responsible and passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle. You will work closely with various people, including our engineers, designers, operations, marketing, and business, to launch quality products and new features.

 Responsibilities :

  • Strong ownership over the backlog, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment
  • Prioritize, negotiate and remove impediments to orchestrate successful feature launch
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and ship new products, including preparing product specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking the progress of in-flight projects
  • Manage the feature life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to ensure a successful feature launch
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
  • Strong ownership over the product's quarterly goals. Monitor and come up with hypotheses and ideas to achieve the targets. 
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives and support the development team with any questions they may have
  • Own and maintain a dynamic product roadmap and make sure all stakeholders have transparency over product changes.
Qualifications :

  • Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • 2 + years experience working as a Business Analyst, software analyst, Product Owner, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Having the strong capability in communicating the results of the analysis to the business and development team and state the results very clearly
  • Strong structural thinking
  • Understanding of software design principles, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behavior
  • Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology
