شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Training and development specialists who can help plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Description:

Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
Maintain HR systems and processes
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Conduct performance Management
Provide support and guidance to HR staff
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Implement training and development plans
Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant experience
At least bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
Familiar with all human resource processes
Knowledge of performance management system
labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
Good command of office programs (Word, Excel, …)
Excellent communications skills; interpersonal, written, and verbal.
