Job Description:
- Facilitating collaboration and interactions inside technical and product teams and across the company
- Facilitating Team Events (Daily Standup, Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and other meetings) in collaboration with other Agile team members
- Using ALM tools (like JIRA and Confluence) and their aspects for task management and events
- Recognizing conflicts and obstacles on team's daily basis and following them to resolve issues
- Observing capabilities and ability to help the product team to recognize feasible KPIs in collaboration with Business Side teams in every quarter's product roadmap process
- Removing barriers between stakeholders and product people by using agile approaches
Requirements:
- Fluency in English at a professional level
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, business management, or a related field.
- Military Certificate or equivalent for gentlemen candidates
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role (Scrum Master or PMO) in the IT and Software industry
- Ability to report to the Senior Product Manager and CPO and collaborate with the technical and product teams
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean concepts and Scrum and Kanban methods and practices
- Familiarity with Project Management concepts and approaches in the Software Engineering
- Familiarity with product backlog management techniques and practices is a plus
- Familiarity with the startup atmosphere of working is a plus
